He grew up on his parents' mushroom farm. Over the past twenty years, he has been responsible for mushroom cultivation at various farms in North Limburg and has built extensive experience in cultivation, harvesting, and technology.

Ron provides advice on starting up businesses and supervises cultivation for both startups and established companies. In doing so, he focuses on optimizing cultivation and harvest results, with the goal of improving business performance. Additionally, he offers technical support and contributes ideas for improvements in the existing production environment. He does not just look at individual components, but focuses on the synergy between cultivation, people, technology, and yield.

His approach is committed, open, and professional. No complicated stories, but a clear analysis of the situation and concrete advice that is feasible in practice. Always based on years of knowledge, experience, and insights from the daily practice of mushroom cultivation.

Michels Mushroom Support is based in Merselo, near Venray, and supports mushroom farms throughout Europe, including the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and France.
